Shipping policy
At Basic Intimates, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle the delivery of your purchases:
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.
Delivery Area: We currently only ship within Kenya. We do not ship outside the country at this time.
Delivery Timeframes:
Orders within Nairobi: Orders placed before 3:00 pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed at/after 3:00 pm will be delivered the next day.
Orders outside Nairobi and across the country: Orders are prepared upon confirmation and delivered the next day.
Delivery Locations:
Our shipping method locations are categorised during checkout as follows:
- Countrywide (means the rest of the country apart from Nairobi City, and orders are usually delivered to courier offices) 2.
- Nairobi - Inner Zone (means Nairobi City and its nearby environs, whether home of courier offices)
- Nairobi - Outskirts (means environs/small towns out of Nairobi main area, whether home or courier offices)

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email, WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
Delivery Partners: We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on external factors beyond our control.
Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If you are not available to receive the delivery, they may return your order to store, and the store will contact you to reschedule delivery. Please Note: Return-to-store fees may apply - so plan accordingly about your availability.
Shipping Restrictions: Certain items, such as lingerie, swimwear, and accessories, may have specific shipping restrictions due to their nature. Please refer to our product pages for more information.
