Refund policy

At Basic Intimates, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase. We DO NOT provide cash refunds but are happy to help you select another item of equal value.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, (excluding trial) and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also carry along the original receipt issued when purchasing the item(s).

Please NOTE that certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, shapewear, hosiery, bodysuits, pasties, and lingerie accessories, are NON-RETURNABLE due to hygiene reasons.
